Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on destination, time of receiving the order and order size.

US: Orders are usually delivered between 3 – 6 business days. Shipping and handling charges consist of US$5 per order + US$1.25 per item in the order.

CA: Orders are usually delivered between 3 – 7 business days except for smaller orders (up to 3 items) which can take longer up to 10 business days in remote locations. Shipping and handling charges consist of CA$5 per order + CA$1.25 per item in the order.

UK: Orders are usually delivered between 2 – 5 business days. Shipping and handling charges vary by the number of items in the order. £6 flat for 1-8 items. £12 flat for 9-24 items. £18 flat for 25 – 50 items. £24 flat for 51 or more items.

EU: Orders are usually delivered between 3 – 6 business days. Shipping and handling charges consist of €5 per order + €1.25 per item in the order.

Return Policy

We offer a full refund of the original purchase price within the 30-day money-back guarantee for all our Super Patches (conditions apply). Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Regarding refund of Kit(s) / Pack(s) of Patches, the refund amount will be prorated: this means we will refund for the patches that are returned to us in fully resalable condition in unopened, original packaging. Sender will bear the return shipping charges. A restocking fee of 10% will apply when processing refund request for products with value of $ / € / £ 400 or more.

To start your request for refund, return or exchange, please email returns@superpatch.com with your order number and reason for request. Please do not return the products without prior written approval from returns@superpatch.com. We aim to process all such requests (once approved) within 10 – 15 business days after you contact us.

Important note: Any missing items/orders must be reported to the Returns Department within 3 calendar days of delivery to process a replacement. After this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your replacement request.
